- An individual health and wellness consultation on arrival.
- Choices of daily massage (50 mins.) – Thai, Chiva-Som or Invigorating.
- Daily fitness and leisure activities including yoga, pilates, tai chi, meditation, stretching, beach power walking, body balance, water aerobics, fitball, kick boxing, holistic health lectures, stress management, mind training and many others.
