CHIANG MAI - LAMPANG
09:00 Depart Chiang Mai for Lampoon which is about half an hour drive from this northern capital city to visit one of the most sacred temples in the north built in 897 – Wat Haripoonchai.
11:30 Lunch at local restaurant.
12:50 Arrive at Elephant Conservation Center and being greeted by the staff concerned. Participants will receive instructions and learn about the elephants.
13:30 Elephant training session.
15:00 Visit local market with the mahout to pick up some ingredients for the evening cooking.
17:30 Thai cooking lessons.
18:30 Dinner.
20:00 A short briefing for the next day activities. Overnight in the Elephant Conservation Center guesthouse (No air-conditioned, no hot water shower and the rooms are very humble ones).

06:00 Morning call.
06:30 Round up the elephants from the forest and feed them.

09:00 Participants will receive training how to ride and control the elephants.
09:45 Elephant bathing.
10:00 Elephant shows and certificate award session.
11:00 Depart Lampang Elephant Conservation Center and proceed to Lampang.
12:00 Lunch at local restaurant.
14:00 Visit the city of Lampang by Horse carriage.
15:00 Proceed to Lampang River Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
